BioHitech America is using technology to open new opportunities in an industry that has gone unchanged for almost 50 years. BioHitech America offers customers a more cost-effective and technologically innovative solution compared to traditional disposal. This approach will help reduce the generation of waste as well as reduce costs and increase recycling rates.

Frank E. Celli

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Celli is a lifelong waste industry veteran. Most recently he was co-founder and CEO of Interstate Waste Services from October 2000 until November 2006, during which time the company achieved growth of over $150 million in revenue. During his time at Interstate Waste he was responsible for all aspects of the business including collection, recycling, landfills and emerging technologies.

After selling his interests in Interstate Waste he transitioned to BioHitech America. With over 25 years of Waste Industry experience, Mr. Celli has leveraged his knowledge of the traditional waste industry to facilitate the development of the Eco-Safe Digester and BioHitech Cloud to begin the transformation of the organic waste industry.

He also serves as a director and officer of Entsorga West Virginia a company that is currently developing one of the first Mechanical Biological Treatment facilities in the United States. Mr. Celli graduated from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business.

Robert A. Joyce

Chief Operating Officer

Bob has spent the last 30 years in the technology and engineering workplace. His diverse background includes design and development of one of the original 3D CAD systems, implementation support of some of the worlds largest cable networks, development of patent pending mobile location technologies and leadership of Inc 500 listed private companies. Previous employment includes industry leaders Arthur D. Little, Inc., Sun Microsystems, Perfect Order and Versatile Systems.

In Bob's role as COO, his responsibilities include day to day operations, management of our expanding channel partner network, Research and Development direction, engineering and manufacturing execution.

Bob is a trustee of Harrisburg University and sits on the boards of The Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania, WorkXpress and Telkore. He resides in central PA with his wife and two sons.

Mike Franco

Vice President of Sales

With over 35 years of sales experience in the waste management industry, Mr. Franco has acted as Vice President of Sales at BioHitech America since its inception. Leveraging his knowledge of traditional waste sales for collection and disposal of commercial waste, he has turned his efforts toward the new emerging organics diversion business and has developed a robust client list at BioHitech.

Mr. Franco served as Director of Sales for numerous full service waste disposal firms in the Northeast United States. He is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Business Administration.

William M. Kratzer

Chief Technology Officer

Bill is a 20-year veteran of the IT field with extensive experience in large scale web-infrastructure, machine-to-machine computing, and mobile touch devices. In prior roles, Bill has designed, built, and supported software used by some of the world’s largest and most-demanding customers, including Comcast, GE Capital, HSBC, and MBNA Canada to name a few.

At BioHitech, Bill serves as the Chief Technology Officer, leading the vision and execution of BioHitech’s machine-to-machine and Big Data technology strategy.

Bill holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. He currently resides in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania with his wife and two children.

James Chambers

A policy-level senior executive with more than 30 years' experience in diverse industries, functions, and geographic locations, with a proven track record in challenging environments requiring innovation, analytical problem solving, and leadership skills

Served as President of Business Services, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, and Vice President of Administration at Quest Diagnostics, Inc.

Held several executive positions in the US and abroad at Corning Incorporated

Serves on the board of Summer Street portfolio companies Willcare, Apple Valley Waste, and Curtis Bay Energy, as well as numerous for profit and not-for-profit organizations, including Dickinson College and Western Reserve Academy.

Earned his BA at Dickinson College in History and Political Science, and his MBA in Finance at Southern Methodist University, as well as a Masters in International Management from the Thunderbird School of International Management.

Dr. Bob G. Gower

Dr. Bob G. Gower founded Ensysce Biosciences, Inc. in 2008 and serves as its Chairman. Dr. Gower serves at as OMNOVA Solutions Inc. In 2000, Dr. Gower co-founded Carbon Nanotechnologies, Inc. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Carbon Nanotechnologies Inc.

Dr. Bob Gower has more than 50 years of business and senior management experience across a range of industries, including energy, chemical, and technology. He served as Principal Owner, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Specified Fuels & Chemicals LLC, from 1997 to 2000. He served as President of Lyondell Petrochemical Company from April 1985 to 1994, and its Chief Executive Officer from October 1988 to 1996 and also served as its Chairman from August 1994 to 1997. From 1984 to 1985, he served as Senior Vice President for Atlantic Richfield Company, responsible for planning and advanced technology.

From 1979 to 1984, he served as Senior Vice President of ARCO Chemical Company and its Vice President from 1977 to 1979. Dr. Gower has been a Director of Kirby Corp., since 1998 and also serves as its Presiding Director. He serves as Director of Texas Nanotechnology Initiative, C Sixty Inc. and Actium Materials LP. He received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Southern Illinois University, and his doctorate in organic chemistry from the University of Minnesota.

Bob Graham

Mr. Graham is a Managing Director of the Management Company of Penn Venture Partners, L.P. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of CyberPatrol, Inc. Mr. Graham has over 25 years of operational and financial executive management experience including extensive experience in the acquisitions and sales of companies.

Before joining Penn Ventures, he was President of RG Consulting, a financial and management consulting company. Prior to RG Consulting, Mr. Graham spent eight years as President and Chief Executive Officer of Dorland Healthcare Information. He also served as the Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Broadreach Consulting and was Vice President of Finance and Chief Operating Officer of Legal Communications, Ltd.

He received his Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Saint Joseph's University and a B.A. from LaSalle University.

Chun II Koh

Chun Il Koh (born April 15, 1960) is a South Korean entrepreneur and inventor. Born in Jeon Nam, Korea, Chun Il Koh attended Kansal University in Japan, majoring in engineering. He joined Sansho Shoji, a Japanese company in 1981. In 1999, he left Sansho Shoji to establish his own company, Bio Hitech. Currently he operates Bio Hitech Group and Bio Hitech Energy. He holds 36 patents in 6 countries.
